About Resa's Pieces Strings

Resa's Pieces Strings formed the 2^nd  chapter of Resa Kochberg’s dream in September 2010. The Strings is under the Directorship of Ricardo (Ric) Giorgi. The initial membership of 18 has grown this year to over 30 "Pieces".

The Band and Strings rehearse weekly, on the same night and in the same location - true “sister” ensembles!

Resa's Pieces Strings played their 1^st Gala performance on June 5, 2011 at the Richmond Hill Centre for the Performing Arts - Plaza Suite. What a success!  The Strings were also showcased at the Concert Band’s 12^th Gala Performance on June 14 on the Centre's  main concert hall stage. 

We look forward to the Strings’ future growth and accomplishments in the coming years ahead.
